Terms of Booking
Please be aware deposits are required for all appointments unless you are a Lash Ave Club Member. You will be contacted 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment if we do not have a payment on file. Failure to pay your deposit may result in cancellation of your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Cancellations prior to 24 hours before your appointment will be moved to your next appointment.

No-Shows will be charged the full cost of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment if you are unable to attend.
​
We do not do infills for sets done by other salons, please be aware of this when booking as you will be charged as a cancellation if you arrive to your appointment with lashes from a different salon.
​
If you are late for your infill, you will still be charged the full price of the booked service, we will endevor to complete as much of your infill as we can, however we will not push into the next clients scheduled time.
​
Using a Lash Extension safe cleanser is a requirement for our clientele, you do not have to purchase your cleanser from us however you will need to use one as we won't be able to infill your lashes if you frequently arrive with them dirty. (This can be discussed in depth with your Lash Artist and we are happy to answer any of your questions you might have about your lash/eye health).

We are a busy salon with no receptionist, while we try to respond to social media messages as quickly as we can they can get missed. To avoid disappointment, please utilise our online booking system to make or change an appointment, alternatively you can call the salon on 0432 952 312.

Consistent use of your aftercare products and following your aftercare instructions is vital to ensure you are protecting your lash/brow/eye health and investment. Please check our aftercare page for the correct information to follow after your service.
​
Lash Extension Services - Please advise us within 3 days of your service if you are experiencing any excessive fallout so we may offer a complimentary touch up. Refunds are not applicable to these services.
​
All other services - please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to address any problems you are experiencing so we may offer a solution. Queries outside 7 days are within your home care.

Please ensure you write down your future appointments, whilst we have a reminder message sent to our clients we also are aware of how technology isn't always reliable, if you forget an appointment due to not receiving a message, you may be charged in line with our cancellation/no-show policy.
